Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF) is an independent non-governmental organization registered in Azerbaijan. Our mission is to empower people to effect change for social justice and economic prosperity through hands-on programs, helping them to improve their communities and their own lives.

As an independent organization, EPF Azerbaijan stresses that in all activities implemented and supported for the resolution of the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh, it follows the norms and principles of the international law, in particular the UN Security Council resolutions 822, 853, 874 and 884. We consider the resolution of the conflicts based on the norms and principles of the international law as the main framework for the conflict transformation and the normalization of relationships between the parties of the conflict. EPF Azerbaijan has no responsibility for the statements made by EPF Armenia, does not share the views expressed in such statements, and in no way can be held accountable for these. The Board of Trustees of EPF Azerbaijan, as well as other relevant institutions, have been informed about the statements made by EPF Armenia, and the actions will be taken accordingly.
